SmartMist take our responsibility to provide a high-end product with the highest level of cover for our valuable clients. There is no higher cover we could obtain.

The highest possible cover
We have Public & Products Liability with a £5,000,000 limit of indemnity which Provides cover for Smartmist’s legal liability for claims made following injury to, or death of, a third party, or damage to their property, arising out of our business activities and arising out of the products that we supply.
We also purchase inefficacy insurance alongside our public liability insurance which covers against our legal liability for injury to third parties or damage to third party property arising from a Smartmist product or service failing to perform its intended function.
